New Reward Point Feature for Newer Streamers!

 

Hello all! AfreecaTV is introducing a new Reward Point feature that can be used to help new streamers by helping them earn points in which they can redeem for prizes such as gear and tech to help you stream! Reward Points are available for new streamers with less than 500 hours of streaming time on their channel.

 

Currently the page is not localized, so here is a brief explanation of the system.

By streaming on AfreecaTV, you will be able to accumulate points based on your channels milestones for several different categories.

 

The categories are:

• Cumulative live viewership

• Followers

• UP

• VOD Uploads

• User VOD Uploads

Once you have reached the milestone, you can redeem the corresponding Reward Points for that achievement. Save up Reward Points to redeem for streaming gear such as battery chargers, tripods, and computer peripherals!

At the moment, redeeming items are only available to addresses from within South Korea.
