Hello, this is AfreecaTV.

We have decided to extend our Subscription service to overseas.

The update will be held 2021.03.09 11 AM KST on PC, and version 5.20.0 on Android and iOS.

[What is Subscription]

- Subscription is a new donation item to support your favorite streamer regularly. You will be receiving special benefits by subscribing to a streamer.

[Subscription Items]

- Periodic Subscription

You can purchase subscription tickets that you can use for a specific period of time.

1. 3 Months Subscription Ticket

2. 6 Months Subscription Ticket

3. 12 Months Subscription Ticket

- Subscription Gift Card

You can send subscription gift cards of a specific streamer to other users as a gift.

1. 1 Month Subscription Gift Card

2. 3 Months Subscription Gift Card

3. 6 Months Subscription Gift Card

[Subscription Benefits]

- Subscription Fee Support: You will be supporting the streamer with 2,400 KRW per subscription

- Long-term Subscriber QuickView Discount: If you stay subscribed for more than 6, 12, 24 months, you can purchase QuickView item at a discounted price.

- Main Room Entrance: You can enter the main room of the subscribed streamer regardless of the number of viewers.

- Signature Emoticons: You can use signature emoticons specially created by the streamer within the chat.

- Subscription Emoticons: You can use subscriber-only emoticons in your subscribed streamers chat.

- Subscription Icon (PC): You will be given with subscription icon within the chat.

- Subscriber Chat: You can chat during subscriber-only chat mode.

- VOD Ad skip: You can watch your subscribed streamers VOD without advertisements.

[How to Subscribe]

- Purchase Subscription

► Go to the LIVE Player, VOD Player, or Blog of the streamer you wish to subscribe to, then click the red cup-shaped

► Go to the LIVE Player, VOD Player, or Blog of the streamer you wish to subscribe to, then click the red cup-shaped

3. iOS

► Go to the LIVE Player of the streamer you wish to subscribe to, then click the red cup-shaped Subscription icon.

- How to use received subscription gift cards

1. PC Web

► Go to the LIVE Player, VOD Player, or Blog of the streamer of the subscription gift card, then click the red cup-shaped

2. Android

► Go to the LIVE Player, VOD Player, or Blog of the streamer of the subscription gift card, then click the red cup-shaped

► My Info > Star Balloons·Item > Subscription Gift Card Possession > Select Subscription Gift Card to use

3. iOS

► Go to the LIVE Player of the streamer of the subscription gift card, then click the red cup-shaped Subscription

4. Mobile Web

► My Info > Star Balloons·Item > Subscription Gift Card Possession > Select Subscription Gift Card to use

[Long-term Subscriber QuickView Discount]

- If you stay subscribed for more than 6, 12, 24 months, you can purchase QuickView item at a discounted price.

[Signature Emoticon, Subscription Personacon Registration Information]

- Signature Emoticon

1. What is Signature Emoticon?

► A signature emoticon is created by each streamer and is available in each streamers chat.

► A streamer can register more signature emoticons depending on the number of subscribers (See Production Guide)

2. How to Register :

► Register at PC ‘Gift·Donation > Subscription > Signature Emoticon’

- Subscription Personacon

1. What is Subscription Personacon?

► Subscription Personacon allows subscribers to use a special personacon based on the length of each subscription.

2. How to Register :

► Register at PC ‘Gift·Donation > Subscription > Subscription Emoticon’

► A streamer can register different personacons for each number of months.

[Subscription Cash-out Information]

- You can cash-out received subscription fees by following the process.

1. Expected Cash-out Amount: The subscription fee is yet to be settled. The amount will be settled 90 days after the

subscribed date, one by one every 30 days.

2. Available Amount: The subscription fee has been settled. You can cash-out this amount.

3. Processing Cash-out: You have requested cash-out and are waiting for it to be processed.

4. Cash-out Completed: You have completed your cash-out process.
※ Your subscription fee expires after 5 years.

- How to Cash-out

2. Enter the amount to cash-out

3. Enter Account Information to Cash-out

※ If you have more than 50,000 KRW Available Amounts, you can request a cash-out.

※ Withholding tax separately calculated depending on the country
