Hello AfreecaTV Users,

On August 14th and 15th, AfreecaTV had experienced two shortage of services both lasting for a few hours.

We suspect that it was a DDoS Attack on AfreecaTV Servers.

Approximate time(s) of site malfunction:

• 08/14/2019 9AM ~ 4PM PDT
• 08/15/2019 3AM ~ 4AM PDT

During this time, accessing the site and many AfreecaTV services were unavailable.

AfreecaTV staff is investigating this issue and are looking to improve our service for the future. Will share more information when available.
